Holly and Craig are two of the nicest people you will ever meet. The funny thing is, I didn’t even meet them in person until their wedding day, even though we all live in the same state! Even over the phone, I could tell just how much fun they were, and also loved their laid-back approach to their wedding day. When I arrived on site, Holly gave me the biggest squeeze, which to me always tells me I’ve gotten so lucky to have clients with hearts so big.
It’s hard to pick a favorite memory from their wedding day, because I had so many amazing moments with them; their beautiful ceremony site was between two rows of pines that seemed to have been planted there decades ago for that exact purpose. Holly arrived in style on the trunk of her dad’s antique car, and Craig made a valiant attempt to keep it together as he watched her come down the aisle (it’s okay Craig, we were all a little misty!). Afterwards, I took them for some private portraits around their property, and I was so blown away by how easily these two love on each other. You can see from all the photos how genuinely excited they were to be married, and had no reservations about anything I asked them to do! At the end of the night, Holly said to me, “I feel like we’ll meet again someday!” and I can’t wait for my path to cross with theirs in the future.
Holly and Craig, thank you so much for allowing me to capture your special day!
